Finding Your Boat

Today I am excited to be guest posting for my friend Caroline on at her site, Under God’s Mighty Hand.  Please join me over there today!

As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon possessed begged to go with him. But Jesus said, “No, go home to your family, and tell them everything the Lord has done for you and how merciful he has been.” So the man started off to visit the Ten Towns of that region and began to proclaim the great things Jesus had done for him; and everyone was amazed at what he told them.
Mark 5:18-20

Sometimes, like the healed man in this verse, we think that following Jesus means we have to get back in the boat. Our lives have been turned upside down in the most beautiful way and we are eager to climb back in the boat with Him and share our joy with the rest of the world.
