I wasn’t going to blog today…

but I felt compelled to share this one thing. This morning I decided that the following statement pretty much sums up the one truth that I hope people who read my blog will grab hold of and the one truth they will learn to live out in their lives. And, it’s a truth I hope to live out in my life too.

Never underestimate the power of what God can do with a willing heart.

Think about it. God resurrected His son from the grave! Imagine what He is capable of doing in situations in your life that might appear hopeless. We see something dead and lifeless… He sees an opportunity to resurrect. We see the walls of the pit. He sees the beautiful view waiting for us when we choose to reach up and grab hold of His hand..trusting Him despite our fears. There is so much power in simply being willing to step out in faith and trust God with the bigger picture.

So, today…whether you feel like it or not…choose to TRUST HIM!

Thank you for posting this today. I read this earlier in the day. Something not good happened later in the day. I came back to this post to read it again because I knew it was exactly what I needed right now. Thank you! Even if you only helped one person today, you helped me. Thank you!

Welcome home Eileen, hope you had a great vacation! we started a new series in church today called Thrive the sermon today was on the the very thing you wrote about in this post, saying yes to God, that with His help we can do anything he wants us to do. Then I was watching Charles Stanley this afternoon, I don't watch him that often, but today he spoke about praying through our problems, God is bigger than our problems if we trust Him. I think God is trying to tell me something.

Thanks Kandi! Nice vacation but sure is nice to be home 🙂 God IS bigger than our problems sometimes hard to see it when we are in the midst of them.

Thanks for this post! Yes, we should really trust God and learn to stop worrying…. Everything works together for good to those who love God… If you love God, then, whatever circumstances you are in, you can be sure of that God is able to turn them into something good, for His renown, praise, and glory…
