Since May, I have been keeping track with Google Analytics on who actually finds my blog in the haystack of millions. I find it funny, you might even say I am tickled, that one of the most popular words that lead people to my site through search engines is the word tickle.
In early August, I wrote a post titled Tickle Therapy. I have had hits from all over the world because of the word tickle. Let me say that again, tickle. My post might not have been what the searcher was looking for but I still find it fascinating that someone on the other side of the world is able to land on my little blog by typing in one little word. I told my husband last night that I think I would like to find a creative way to work the word tickle into all of my blog posts. It might be a little challenging.
So far, I have only come across one bible verse that uses the word tickle.
“You’re going to find that there will be times when people will have no stomach for solid teaching, but will fill up on spiritual junk food—catchy opinions that tickle their fancy.”(2 Timothy 4:3 MSG)
Perhaps, I can write a post on that someday.
Last night, I woke up in the middle of the night thinking maybe I could write a poem using the word tickle and rhyme it with other words like nickel, pickle, trickle and fickle. Nothing inspirational has come to mind yet.
So, if you have any suggestions on posts that you think might tickle my fancy, please be sure to let me know!
