There’s a song I’ve had on my running playlist for several years now. It’s “Folding Chair” by Regina Spektor. One of the reasons I like it so much is because it’s weird. Whenever I begin to feel like creativity needs to look and feel a certain way, I listen to this song. It reminds me that each of us brings our unique style and sometimes a tad bizarre style to the world.
This song inspires me to be me and not you.
I don’t know what God has created and designed you to be. But I hope you will embrace it with both hands today. You matter. And the gifts you have to offer? The people God has placed in your path need what only you can offer them.
So, go be you today!
